Prompt delivery - product in excellent working order and although graded as B I could not see a blemish. The MacBook was as new to me and I am very pleased.

Needed to update my old iMac with a newer model. However, I still use some older software application no longer supported by Apple. Emailed Hoxton and got a prompt reply from Dev and he gave me the spec of the iMac I would need. He came across as experienced in these products and the various MacOS versions. They even loaded the MacOS Mojave version I needed.
Received the iMac. Very smart and clean including the keyboard and mouse, looks like new and all working fine. Was impressed with their own bespoke packaging, very well protected and wrapped.

The transaction was very good and the delivery was prompt. The price was reasonable and the product is performing excellently well.

I was looking for a new laptop for a while, and found Hoxton on a social media platform, I was a little unsure at first, but having read their online reviews, I decided to have a go. Firstly the website, it was easy to navigate, so there was no problem there. Found what I was looking for, 13” MacBook which was all but 2 years old. Easy to purchase, and was told it would be with me the next day.
So, less than 19 hours later, it arrived, in perfect condition. It then dawned on me, that I had never set up a laptop, one quick phone call later, my problems wher solved, took me 30 minutes max. Since then the Mac has preformed perfectly, really I am seriously impressed, even recommended them to my work colleagues. Great stuff all round, 5* service.
